Bleach without the filler isn't too long, Fate/zero is pretty short and/or fate/stay night Samurai champloo is also a short series. The mind fuck that is Evangelion is pretty short.

hes watching like 5-6 animes atm there arent many reactors that can do that. hes also taking breaks so he'll never been done with it lmao. thats not something you should really worry about.

I'm sure One Piece is great and all and I do hope you enjoy it but that show has ruined way too many react channels for me a lot of reactors get obsessed with it and end up only reacting to it for months and months and it kills their fan base because not everyone like One Piece. It's like what almost 900 canon episodes in One Piece and you release one episode a day that's pushing almost 3 years of uploading if you take breaks. --That aside I'd personally recommend Made in Abyss it's only like 12 or 14 episodes but it's pretty damn incredible it's a story full of incredible world building, adventure, action, danger and emotion. Hajime no Ippo is an incredible journey as well and it's about boxing which I know you love people duking it out.

As you want good short animes: Code Geass, GATE, Gangsta, Overlord, Steins Gate (this series is one of the best but it's more focused on the storytelling and doesn't have a lot of action), Kekkai Sensen, Noragami, Charlotte. People can go all day saying names here as there is a lot of good stuff for you to watch.

There is one called code geass it has a lot of what I think you would like after gurren. The mecha are toned down the story is actually better and there a special power in it

Maybe something like Ao No Exorcist (25 Episodes) or Buso Renkin (26 Episodes) They're both pretty good and think you might enjoy them. There are also darker ones like Akame ga Kill (24 Episodes) or Guilty Crown. (22 Episodes)

I think you'd get a kick out of Assassination Classroom. It's only 2 seasons long and has some interesting action seasons in it.

I'd recommend Tokyo Ghoul Season 1, or Attack On Titan. I think the first season of both are great, and would be "short"

Yuyu is literally the only possible show to meet that HxH sized void in your heart, Curtis. I know you already have it scheduled though. Other animes simply do not have the style of characters that Togashi creates. Knuckle is lifted straight from one of the main YuYu characters, you'll love him.

I really like AOT, but i dont think it would be fitting to watch that in between One piece arcs. All 3 seasons together, is not short. So hed have to watch S 1 thank One piece arc, S 2 then the next OP arc then season 3. Not sure if thats a good idea or what the others would think. But its probably not gonna get voted anyway.
