Dark ass ending. Future Trunks' tineline is essentially the original timeline where goku dies of a heart virus and so on.. Everyone from that timeline (future gohan, goku, vegeta, the z fighters, etc) was erased. The afterlife, being a part of existence, was also destroyed. Everyone trunks and Mai loved met the worst end, something that would've traumatized me.

There are also people on the other end that think he's one of the best villains. Personally, I do think he has some of the more complex motives in this series, beyond things like wanting immortality or to just cause pure destruction. His rhetoric just got a bit tiresome by the end though, something that I think is partly due to the flow of the arc. There was definitely too much going back and forth between the timelines. That said, I really liked when they played him up for humor. Zamasu continuing to monologue even though he knew Goku and Vegeta weren't paying attention was hilarious, and I found it pretty funny when he was moved to tears by his own speech.

There was a lot of stuff I wasn't a huge fan of in the last few episodes of this arc, but one thing that I really did like is that the heroes really didn't win in the end. Zamasu didn't necessarily win either, but through Zeno, he did succeed in erasing all the mortals in the universe, just that he and the universe itself were erased as well.

Now I want to clear something up. Zeno does not “destroy” destroy would mean they would die and go the the afterlife. Zeno erases, not destroys, when he’s done with you there won’t even be a soul to go to the afterlife with.

The whole zamasu arc is meh to me. It all just feels like a Bleach filler to me. Cutis, Bleach fillers are horrible. But i wouldn't mind a reaction to Bleach. Its not the best anime but still pretty good.

What a fun arc oh and Curtis yeah the grand priest is whis father we forgot to mention that to you but vados is whis sister, I'll let you figure out the rest i but I don't know how to feel about zamasu. Some people hate him and call him the worst villain in dragon ball history but I don't know I just find him "meh" 😐 like hody jones (no spoilers because Curtis doesn't know who hody is) what do you guys think about zamasu? I'm curious to know.
