This fights changed my mind a little bit about not liking super that much....but now im sad that these scenes even once Dubbed wont have Bruce falconers scores theyl re use this same fight music from these pieces.....I can Scarcely imagine which theme would be used here since I cant recall a fight like this in the Original DBZ those fights had alot of animations replaced with those shockwaves to show how fast everyone was moving and the action didnt last this long it was like short bursts and the epic music lasted seconds....maybe its a good thing that Bruce falconer isnt here....cause it may not have worked out so well...maybes whats good for the previous generation may not be so good for the next with different art styles and updated animations tropes and choreography for the fights the same themes may not of plied too well...but those are just my thoughs

Super was made for the fans and vegeta is the ultimate racist believing in the power of his own race while accepting of others he knows how amazing humans are he married one and his son is half earthling oh and his daughter too but seriously he's come so far even though I love Dragonball Z if you watch the other shows I recommend Dragonball first then Z although some might be turned off by the fact it's more of an adventure series with fighting as opposed to later Z which is basically all about the power levels and fights I still love it and we meet all the og characters and yamcha before he's a joke also technically I think it was originally one series called Dragonball but they added the Z for western audiences but now it's stuck since they have manga collectors editions of Dragonball and Dragonball Z which I'm of course buying when I have the cash which brings me to a point I've wanted to ask if it's ok with the gooshers 100 how about a combined tier on some of the shows you have the goosher100reactions like a support option where we can team up to support a current 100reaction I feel the more frequently you react the better it is in the case of some shows for instance 100 some months is hard for me but if we can support gooshers with 4 25 spots or even 2 50 contributions even with my other preorder commitments I think I can participate more and you have some great series right now in mob psoycho and samurai champloo I feel kinda bad to ask you to consider this but you could include options for these special tiers on which show they wanted to support but if the 100s aren't cool with this forget I asked I was just thinking of cranking episodes out at a faster pace that people had a passion for but if I overstepped my bounds let me know people and the only defense I can muster is I blame it on the alcohol (pretend my voice is autotuned because unlike tpain I can't sing without it)

The manga went past this point in the story. It is slowly setting up one more villain & it looks like buu will play a big part, given that they originally wanted super to line up with the ending of Z where uub starts his training to in a way take the place of goku. I think something needs to happen to buu to make uub strong enough to take goku's place or this villain may also remove something from the universe to help the story line up.

I really like Vegeta's facial expression when he sees Goku and Frieza fight together against Jiren. Also the ending scene where Goku and Vegeta fight, they take the same poses they had when they fought first time in DBZ. It's small details like this that really amp the fan aspect of long series and one can even miss them when first watching (like I probably did)

Seeing Goku and Frieza work together like this was unreal for people who grew up with the series and remember their legendary fight. Still, as great a moment as it is, it feels super contrived; there's no way in hell base form Goku, Frieza and 17 should have been able to damage Jiren in any way, who is way stronger than he was even when he was taking on SSJ Blue Goku + Vegeta. They had to randomly make Jiren 100x weaker than he actually is to make this ending happen.

Idk if anyone already pointed it out but when vegeta and goku were fighting at the end the place and poses they made were the same as when they first fought in the beginning of dragon ball z.

Nurufufufu i don't care what anyone says about jiren but he's a true beast because even after all that fighting with perfect ultra instinct goku, he still had enery to fight a 3 on 1 assault between a final form frieza, a weakened yet strong goku and a android with infinite energy and it still took two of them to eliminate him, if that's not being a beast i don't know what is. Oh and if you would have told me a long time ago that their would come a time where goku and frieza would fight together against a common enemy, i would have laughed at your face and told that that would never happened and it did happen. Great reaction again and I'm glad you enjoyed the series curtis but now it's time for one of the all time greats yu yu hakusho.

A cool Easter egg that idk if you picked up on. When freeza says he won’t stop his evil ways, it cuts to goku saying they’ll stop him again, and shows goku, gohan, piccolo, vegeta and krillin. The 5 that fought freeza on namek back in dbz

I have always love the final go around, especially the ending bits. Goku jumping off the pillar, and his hair kept going on and off of super saiyan. It's like here he is drained, and yet he is still barely scraping enough power to be a super saiyan. Also did you noticed the area and stance Goku and Vegeta took? Its where they first fought.

Curtis man you have a magic about you. I've been a dragonball fan for 21 years, loved every bit of it. But watched it including super so many times growing up I can say line for line. When I watch you react to these it makes me love them again as if for the first time. And yuyu is tied for dragonball as my favorite anime so I can't wait to see this again with you :)

While there were some things about this tournament that felt like a cop out such as having the Zeno plan on erasing the universes from the beginning as opposed to Goku being the catalyst or them doing it in the first place because they predicted that the last person would make an unselfish wish, I at least appreciate that this is kind of a continuation of the theme from the Future Trunks arc. Just as Zamasu did, the Zeno perceived that there might be a problem with the mortals, but the Zeno prefer to be optimistic and hope that things can change thanks to mortals like Goku and 17 while Zamasu was pessimistic and thought that all mortals had to be destroyed. When you think about it, if the mortals failed the Zeno's test, the Zeno would have literally done what Zamasu was planning only even worse because they would have erased everything instead of just the mortals.
