It is a state of mind but when the saiyans utilize it its in a form much like how using god Ki makes goku and vegeta transform into super saiyan god whereas no other character that uses god ki transforms.

the thing i loved about this is that he uses a kamehameha to grind up a blast wave just to have it show from three different angles of how much he fucked her up with that kamehameha , it was so over kill and it LOVED IT .

I mean, Kefla's made up of teenagers, and you're talking about post-villain Vegeta. Saiyan-Saga Vegeta definitely reveled in it, constantly pointing out that he was born an elite and that a lower class Saiyan is nothing. And Vegeta never really cared about the Saiyan race as a whole, he never seemed upset that his race was destroyed as a kid.

One line by Kefla this episode pretty much encapsulates my problems with her. She says something like "Hooray for being born a Saiyan!" while she's powering up. Now, Vegeta has a lot of pride in being a Saiyan as well, but his pride comes with a lot of respect and honor for being a Saiyan, which is why he often says things like how others are "a disgrace to the Saiyan race" and stuff like that. I also don't think he would attribute his accomplishments to just being a Saiyan the way Kefla does. Compared to the similarly egotistical Vegeta, Kefla really rubs me the wrong way because she's just reveling in all the easy power boosts she gets like the massive potential of Saiyans or the multiplicative power of Fusion. It's kind of like the different between the flaunting of a trust fund kid (Kelfa) and a new money business tycoon (Vegeta). Some might find both very offensive, but one is showing off with the money from their parents (or in this case her genetic makeup) whereas the other at least worked his ass off to make that fortune. Vegeta might have gotten benefits from being a Saiyan too, but he really put in work to claw his way up to where he is now whereas it has been a steady stream of power ups for Caulifla, Kale, and Kefla ever since they gained Super Saiyan, and in my opinion, it really shows in their attitudes.
