To explain it further I'll explain where the personality the NPCs have comes from. They are a combination of the traits outlined in their bios by the creators with the personality of their actual creators. Whatever happened took the outlines and filled in the gaps. Sebas is hesitant because he is in a conflict of orders between touch mes bio of sebas/touch mes nature and loyalty to anything ainz says. One says go left and the other says go right. He is stuck unable to really go either way till he gets a clear order to follow instead of competing generalities

He is going against the the rules in spirit if not the letter of what's effectively their God for what she sees as snack that you "play" with for hours first. She is right to question it. She asks him multiple times to fix the problem then when ignored she went up to the next person in the chain of command.

This is why we hate Solution, she's a snitching bitch. Also she hates Tuare (that much can be seen by her reaction at seeing her) who is just a sweetheart. Also looks like Sebas is taking a page from Alucard's book and going for an enthusiastic walk.

Nurufufufu Curtis sebas doesn't have feelings for tuare he is just literally too good for his own good and it sometimes affects him greatly I personally call it the curse of kindness because no matter what whoever sebas sees in trouble or need of saving he will do it because that's how touch me created him to be BUT don't misunderstand his kindness with his allegiance to ains. He just like everyone in nazarick is loyal to ainz first and foremost and would do anything for their master. Curtis if ainz were to tell sebas to kill tuare to prove his loyalty to him, sebas would do it no questions asked because even though he was created by touch me to be good and help anyone in need, he was still created FOR ainz to be his personal butler. Just as sebas said in the first season (can't remember what episode it was) "I was created by lord touch me to follow your every order no matter how tedious it be." Nurufufufu so don't doubt him old man
