Medaka Box. I doubt its gonna come up on its own any time soon. Its a amazing manga with a great anime adaptation so if you like the first few chapters you could someday react to the anime. Or just keep reading the manga XD. It's better than the anime if you ask basically anyone (the anime is still good) so if you have the time just continue reading.

SHAMAN KING. It's honestly one of the best stories among manga EXCEPT, it never got properly translated to an anime. It essentially got a combination of the FMA treatments for anime, and the One Piece 4kids treatment for the dub, essentially killing any hopes of a Brotherhood-like remake. Actually, scratch that. They HAVE tried to remake it multiple times, but the author is insistent that they use the original voice actors, which they don't seem to want to do.

you should review whatever series you're going to pick by arcs, not by volumes like for example if you pick HxH, you would review it by exam, finding killua, heaven's arena, yorknew and so on, like transitions where you detect them. I would pick yotsuba or HxH

I'm gonna throw one out that I know he already has the first volume of. (I'm gonna count that towards my reasons for recommending it). Vinland Saga. I'm not sure but I don't think we've had many seinen series on either the channel or the Goosh. I think it'd be a nice comparison piece to some of the Shonen series Curtis has reacted to. It's got a great setup a young man's quest to avenge his father's death while working in the crew of the murderer. There's some awesome fight sequences, very gritty grounded fights, somewhat like Samurai Champloo in that regard. The artwork is fantastic, with a level of detail you don't always see in Manga or Anime. The relationships and interactions between various characters makes for entertaining reading. I can't say enough good things about it. There you go Chrome, hopefully my suggestion approaches what you were looking for in a recommendation. If not? Oh well I gave it the old college try.

Don't let that HxH love subside, I've re watched countless times and it's always a great experience. With the manga, it won't feel like everything is just cut-off, and there's more of that world to experience!

My suggestion as one of my favorites: History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi. Silly and fun, Echi, but with cool fights, interestings characters with a good plotline. Would also bee a good suggestion to watcht the anime too :D Why even bother doing HxH again, lest do sometihng new instead.

Detective Conan because it does something no other series does, it's quite unique. It takes the idea of Sherlock holmes to another level. I'm sure Curtis would fall in love with it. You'd think such a long manga falls off, but no, each case is cunning and deliver you entertainment and intrigue. No disrespect to Hunter x Hunter but it really does not have the same level of creative writing that Detective Conan does. As for Curtis's concern about a series being voted in soon to watch as reaction series, not too worry. DC is extremely long anime, it would not be voted in this year not to mention it's underrated so it'd probably be outdone by more popular yet not more quality shows. As a side note, that's why a lot of these polls are unfortunate. Polls are biased, many votes that vote in a show could simply be because they haven't seen some of the others. It's a popularity contest.

I would like to throw out the manga fire punch, It is set in a post apocalyptic world which has been completely frozen over by the ice witch, you start in this village where a brother and sister with regenerative powers are living. The village is living off the cut of limbs of the siblings and then the village is attacked, just wanted to give some form of a synopsis of chapter 1 this manga hasn't been adapted yet chrome and I think it might be a cool one for Curtis to check out is quite a dark and bleak storyline but an interesting read
