2018-11-16 20:07:04 +0000 UTCIt's complicated but i think the thing is Hit only has that tiny crawl to attack, that tenth of a second. Goku blocks (by predicting his attacks from what he said in the episode) in that small instance. Hit only has that tenth of a second to attack so he doesn't really have time to realize Goku is gonna block his blow and change the destination of his attack. He'd haft to somehow increase that time frame with his time skip in order to do what you suggest.

From Hit's perspective, it's as if time slows to a crawl while he's still moving at normal speed. He has enough speed to close the distance between him and Vegeta from across the ring, so he should be able to notice that Goku is blocking and just change up his method of attack.

Besides, you show enough reaction with your facial expressions, and not always verbally reacting to things helps avoid the problem of missing dialogue while you’re talking, too. I think you’re doing just fine. 👍
