He straight up killed Nappa with no hesitation because he was "weak" enough to be defeated by the humans.. and he knew Nappa MUCH longer than this young Saiyan (who I'm convinced is the Vegeta of that universe).

Vegeta has already risen far beyond their own universe's average Saiyans and has been training with Whis specifically to raise the power of his base form, but even so, Vegeta says they were evenly matched in their base forms, though Cabba wasn't pacing himself too well in the beginning. One possible explanation for this could be the fact that the Universe 6 Saiyans evolved to not have tails. I believe either in an interview or a data book, Toriyama has said that the reason the Saiyans stopped having tails is because they lose it after reaching a certain level of power. The fact that the Universe 6 Saiyans don't have tails by default could mean that they're just naturally born at this level of power or even further beyond it.
