I'll tl;dr the power Curtis. Knuckle can estimate an enemies total aura, so he lends some aura and interest goes up every 10 seconds (10%). If the number goes over the enemies total aura, they bust, and can't use Nen for 30 days. Only way to counter it is to 'pay it back' by hitting Knuckle. And remember anyone without nen is pretty much useless, and can die from a single nen punch, Hisoka without nen would be the equivalent to the shotgun guy from Dragon Ball Z.

According to Knuckle, the Jajanken is about 2000 so at this point at the least, yeah, it'd be 1500 or so to damage? But as Knuckle also thought, once the debt is over 10000 its basically over, Gon cant do anything at that point really. Even a punch with all his aura wouldnt be able to deal damage at that point even if he managed to repay everything. And in just a couple of seconds all his aura wouldnt even cancel out his debt (it wouldnt really at 10000 either since he's using aura for other things).
