2018-11-03 03:22:40 +0000 UTCI love how they mislead out expectations. In the previous episodes it shows us vague yet revealing details of what "might" be happening to darkness. We are meant to believe the lord is stripping down Darkness and chaining her up. Mean to believe she's being Lewded and that the lord (in Darkness' own words) is having his way with her. Then it reveals that's not the case, that Darkness is being prepared for a arranged marriage. We then immediately expect it's like all those other unwilling arranged marriage and we assume the guy's a complete perverted dickhead like in every other anime with this plot thread had. Then we find out he's the complete opposite and we find out that Darkness would have preferred the type of guy i just described and the one we meet is the exact opposite of that.
