Actually, I've been going on almost non-stop about the King's change of direction since he began laboring against the little blind girl. As to why Netero was not willing to sit and talk with him, he basically outlines that himself.

Hey Baldman...small suggestion im not an expert here but since just like the last suggestion thread the one for Alphas 2 slots is also full of people that didnt read the instructions and just keep on naming the same thing again and again and again maybe the next suggestion thread should be done differently...since we cant ensure everyone reads the rules and itd be too much of a pain to make every goosher apply for their own voting license(in the form of a password to a webpage with polls given in a youtube video explaining the rules for choosing) or some sh!t like that maybe suggestions can be made in a livestream and collected by the mods then a thread made where NO ONE is allowed to comment except you youl put the names of the chosen anime up and we can merely heart your comments and only one like per person it may be more efficient then....Seven Deadly Sins and Attack on Titan being mentioned 9 times each...by 7 different people...just Saiyan

The thing i love about the kings opinions on poverty is that they're so well set up by the "bet my life" conversation he had w/ komugi, after encountering the pompous, useless and idiotic leader of east gortaeu reveling in his wealth and power and the blind, poor, meek girl who nevertheless dedicated everything to helping her family and to the one thing she could do well, it's hard to believe someone wouldn't develop a philosophy of "why the fuck does this arsehole get whatever he wants while this brilliant woman gets barely enough to eat", whether you agree with the king or not, his perspective is both understandable and interesting. But on netero's side this guy had a conversation 20 episodes ago about which part of human child is the most tasty, he may be having emotions, due to being, ya'know, 4 months old, but he is an imminent threat to the world, and he needs to be put down.

I'd argue that Pouf is the most human. I don't want to say any possible spoilers though.

The wierd thing is pouf is the only one not to gain some from of humanity from their experiences with the hunters even though it is stated that Youpi isnt actually made from a human.

you see here is what I love about HxH. Show this episode to somebody who has never watched the show, and they would not be able to differentiate between the "good" and "bad" guys. The show does such a good job at flushing out characters and their motivations that sometimes there is no good or bad guy anymore.
