Now there's a problem with Trunks' strategy to quickly go in and out of Ultra Super Saiyan (fan term by the way, sorry i have a bad memory so i don't remember the real name). Merely going into that form costs valuable Ki so casually turning it on and off is a bad/amateurish move by Trunks' part.

Fun fact: Landing one hit on him was the same training Vegeta gave Kid Trunks all the way back in the Buu Saga when Vegeta first found out he could become a Super Saiyan.

I like the dub but they made a small change that I think is a really bad move. When Vegeta is holding trunks up by the collar in the dub he says "if you are my son as you claim, you don’t lose” but in Japanese he just flat out says “you are my son so you won’t lose”. Which is more significant because it’s the first time Vegeta has called Trunks his son to his face, in the dub he still never says it outright.
