It says a lot about the original intent of Ging and his friends when they designed it. Someone like the Bomber and the Arbitrator would have a harder time clearing this game. Due to their preference to work in smaller groups and just generally be anti-social assholes. (Of course that might be a little unfair to the Arbitrator since we really haven't seen his play-style yet). But it's like Gon said the intent of the game isn't stealing or killing for cards.
