I binged this series in like a week so it's weird seeing only one episode a day. I think everything happens so much quicker than it actually was episode to episode. I forgot how long HxH is. Seemed like a lot less when binged

Well, I wouldn't worry too much about my initial perceptions. That's one of the things makes reaction videos fun; seeing how much of the stuff I initially perceive turns out to be accurate, as opposed to way off base. Waiting to say anything about a character and their potential until they are fully fleshed out would be rather boring to me. Making guesses is a lot of the fun.

Curtis you need to stop overestimating other character like you did last episode with biscuit, haha. Gon and killua are still learning nen and maturing, and are not even close to being really strong in the series, compared to lot of other people.

I watched this series multiple times since it's my absolute favourite , but I never noticed until now that the rock-paper-scissors in this episode is sort of "fore-shadowing" , that's all I can say tho don't wanna spoil anything :')

I've watched some of 1999 episodes and it's wildly different. I really like the old animation and they show stuff that was obviously cut or shortened for the 2011 version. Still think you're reacting to the better one Curtis 😁
