By far the most powerful Elite 4 is Uzu Sanageyama the guy that beat Ryuko's ass after blinding himself in ep. 6. Hes by far my fav character in this show and I cant wait for you to see some of his other shinning moments.

Also, in the flashback scene you can see that Gamagoori's size is not consistent as well as through out the entire show. It's a common joke that Gamagoori's size is just: Bigger than you. Lmao

Not sure if you noticed Curtis but Gamagoori's released form looks sort of like Iron man. Especially the face. That's because Trigger( the studio making the anime) loves American comic books. If you go back to the first episode at the beginning scene in the class room. You can even see one of the students playing with a hulk and spiderman action figure behind his book. There's a few other comic or animation References as well, most notably Sanegeyama's mask looking like a ninja turtle and Ryuko getting Wolverine claws.

Yea, I was told it was like the shark, but then I listened closer myself and switched back when I heard it was not pronounced that way. As far as pronunciations, though, I don't spend a lot of time worrying about them. I haven't yet weebed out to the point where I think I'm gonna pronounce Japanese words and terms correctly. :-D
