Ah yes i remember this episode. Al straight up surpassed ed in alchemy. How do i know this? Well al just put eds soul back into his body without a transmutation circle AND without losing a leg.

When I read the Manga I remember reading some after-story notes from the Author. Apparently she got all or most of the names for characters from a book called The European Name Dictionary. Also when coming up with names for Soldiers she usually names them after Military vehicles. Bradley being named after the M1 Bradley tank and Mustang being named after the P-51 Mustang.

Yup you're right Curtis. Naruto and DBZ will always have a big place in my heart due to nostalgia reasons and they're awesome series don't get me wrong, but it's not far fetched to say FMA and HxH outclass them

Riza Hawkeye is her name, Elizabeth is just a codename. I always thought of Riza as being a funny Japanese way of pronouncing Lisa / Liza, but apparently the name is an Hungarian version of Theresa. On that note, Winry is theorized to be a mis-transliteration of Wendy.

They did the comedic parts really well in this anime,you always tend to find in other anime there's always one character for comedic relief,but FMAB has a large variety of hilarious scenes involving a lot of characters
