Man, I love Wrath. He may be a bad guy, but just look at the presence that he has. He's a SINGLE HUMAN. I know, I know; he's supposed to be a humunculus or whatever, but the only benefit he has from that is good eye sight. A SINGLE MAN causes an army, with tanks to be afraid by just stepping foot in the city and taking command of the Central forces.
