I'm really interested to understand his motivation for that, but I don't imagine the cancellation means much to the bombers or other players looking for a cash-in, as if the game is cleared, the stuff you can take out would be worth infinite amounts of money anyway.

Chrollo seems wildly powerful, but I wouldn't put anything past Hisoka... Also, Illumi had seemed to give a nod towards Hisoka's abilities earlier, so I'm thinking he knows Hisoka might have an edge on him?

But if I were a betting man? I'd say that Genthru and the other bombers are somehow involved. They've been outside the game at the Mansion before and his look of distress, reminds me of some of their previous victims. On an unrelated note Bisky's power explains a lot about why she looks the way she does.
