I think FMAB will beat HxH initially because he'll reach the ending faster, and the ending to FMAB is incredible. BUT when *that* HxH arc comes along we might have a different story

"now i know why they call him full metal" that confusion is gonna pop up a few times^^ and it actually is the joke behind the title^^ that Edward is NOT the fullmetal dude^^ Colonel Mustang definitely planned for that confusion and it it is one of three ways to set Edward of^^ First is taking Alphonse (the armor dude, my favorite character btw) for full metal^^ second calling Edward short and third giving him milk^^ and would you mind making audio a BIT louder?

Fullmetal and Hunterxhunter are my favorites animes of all time. These two shows are of the same caliber. Storytelling and character development will amaze you Curtis. I really wish you get the chance to watch episode 2 sometime this week to quench my hype for a while, but I'm a patient goosher.

Its a great show, probably one the best animes out there. Its got a much darker tone and its more consistently dark than the others you've been watching in my opinion

Even for all its Flaws I still prefer the Darker Artwork and story end of FMA to this Version but this version has its feels too...Althought I wonder how the first ones End would Make you Feel Baldman....especially with the Way the Movie Caps off

most of the gaps from this episode should get filled in the next few episodes. Now I just need to have a re-watch so I can jog my memory and stay a bit ahead of you.

2nd episode explain things better, is a better first episode than the first one. I'm sure you'll like the series, imo it's the best anime ever created. Also, the kick in the feels are worse than in Naruto, prepare yourself hahaha.
