One for all and all for ones .. All might is the symbol of peace and justice and All for one is in other word the opposite without giving too much spoilers. He is not Tomura Shigaraki (or hand guy) but rather the man Tomura talks to through the screen his own mentor the real brain behind the league of villains. The real mastermind to help defame the true meaning of heroes. He is guiding the handman(or Tomura) to influence him in a way Tomura is the anti Midorya. But that’s enough I will leave it there. I love this show because it has heart. It’s new and different. But All for one is not to be trifled with. Hahah

It's better to be overly strict and then loosen up than the oposite, so although it might seem unfair to them it is the right choice by the gov.

The note is right here in front of me, but as it's there all the time, I've gotten used to it, and I think that's why I tend not to take notice of it... I'll have to try and remember to check the note, as my memory is so moment to moment, I'll forget key things I want to mention if I sit through the ending credits and such before commenting.

I see some of you missed it at the beginning, but since I watched the episode, I did go back and check out the after credits scene, which explained to me that HandFace is not All For One. :-)

Something I love about this episode is the implication that the series takes place decently far into the future. Midoriya said that they'd be at the point where they could take vacations to other planets by now if it weren't for the appearance of Quirks. It really shows the effect that such a huge change would create. It pretty much slowed society to a crawl while they figured out how to deal with the ever growing superhuman population. The extremely strict and unfair rules about using Quirks that the dog police chief talked about were likely born out of this time where things were so chaotic that they needed to be overly strict to get things under control.

Remember at the end of season 1, Shigaraki (handface) was talking to his master. So he isn't All For One, but rather All For One's student.
