Awww I was a little disappointed with the Uraraka phone call scene...in the original Japanese Gunhead actually says "is that your boyfriend?" which causes her to freak out...I understand that it's not that big of a difference...but it makes a bit more sense as to why she freaked out the way she did.

I like how that scene at the end kind of parallels the end of season one where All Might was talking about how the League of Villains' attack would strengthen the students. In this case, the heroes' defeat of Stain showed the world his unwavering conviction and caused villains to flock to the League of Villains.

Yea, I get that, but like many real world laws, sometimes the overlap can actually put some of the populace in danger. I like that the series takes on conundrums like this. :-)

It's a law likely put out there to avoid vigilantes operating without control. It unfortunately overlaps with students learning to be a hero because they aren't licensed.

With the introduction to Stain and now the UA students having to use Endeavor as a cover for breaking the rules, we start to get into one of the major aspects of the world of MHA. Which is that the hero society is full of problems. You're going to encounter a good number of rules and weird situations that make you think "What, why?" because that's the point, there is a problem with society and this is part of what Stain was spouting about.
