DAMN! A Lot going on this time around! Unfortunately, Iida caught up with Stain right away. I think Clark Kent's survival is all at Stain's whim right now!... And Deku certainly seems to be getting ahold of the One For All, under Gran Torino's tutelage! :-)

As you saw he decided to let Shiggy live because he thinks there might be some kind of conviction sprouting within him, on the flipside he doesn't attack children since he gave Iida chance to escape but promptly changed is mind once he noticed Iida was there for revenge.

As heroes, their number one priority needs to be protecting people, and if you're acting out of revenge, one might prioritize killing the villain over saving innocent lives. It's kind of like how someone in law enforcement can be taken off a case if they're deemed too close to it.

2018-06-16 17:51:44 +0000 UTCTo answear your 2 questions. Stain hates hypocrits and false heros AKA how many of this societies heros act. They use their powers for FAME MONEY GLORY RECOGNITION. Even Idas brother was basically running a company of 60 sidekicks. Stain is saying heros should act not for all of this but rather for the act of doing whats right / good and to help others. For example we can see the Native American hero he was attacking said "I will KILL you." This goes against every hero code and law against killing even morally. Ida is pursuing him for pure vengeance. Stain will also attack senseless violence makes like villains. BUT "Hand Guy" revealed he at least had some form of motive. Stain didnt kill him to let his motives grow. QUESTION 2: Stain only kills heros in cities who are hypocrites. So when he leaves it makes the true heros who might have even slacked off work even harder thus crimes go down because the heros are more active.
