Obito has some of the best character development in the series imo,he started off wanting to become Hokage and always wanted to beat kakashi,then he slowly strayed down a dark path to the point were he wanted to be nobody and literally killing hundreds of Shinobi,and now he's literally ready to give his life for Naruto to save the world
