I don't think that the clones see what the main Naruto sees. Naruto gains all of the clones' memories when they disappear. That clone was just able to sense the real Naruto using his sage powers. Also, it's really saying something that a clone Naruto's chakra and Sakura's Byakugou seal just makes the bare minimum. A single Naruto clone was able to go up against the Third Raikage and cancel out Madara's Deep Forest Emergence before, and that was before Naruto even had access to his new cloak Kyuubi form. This is a clone of Naruto with Six Paths Sage Mode and even with the chakra that Sakura has been storing for three whole years, it just meets the bare minimum.
