I think the way the anime ended was perfect. Gon reached his ultimate goal and got a nice talk with his dad. I never started reading Dark Continent arc and I don't intend to because I consider the 148th episode/339th chapter of the series the ending.

Hunter x Hunter is right up there with Death Note and Cowboy Bebop for most universally loved anime I'd say. It's one of the greatest stories ever told but the only problem is that the creator has spent significantly more time in hiatus than releasing it. It's a story that may never end up having a proper ending.

This episode changes from happy fun times to kicking you in the feels so fucking quick. It should be a crime to ever make Tsu sad. I love that Bakugo tries to lighten the mood and pays Kirishima back. That is my favourite Bakugo moment actually. I am so surprised the girls even let Mineta into their rooms. I expected them to lock him away during the tours.

I think the part with Tsu was cool. To be honest they could have never even gone back to what she said and I would have forgettten it. But they went back a made a short and simple but awesome character moment

I never liked mineta yes he might be a pervert and that's funny in anime but mineta just goes way over the top with his perversion and sometimes it's funny but other times it just creeps me out

I don't know if you noticed, but the clock in Kirishima's (red hair guy) room had biceps on it. Just thought it was funny.

Did you notice how Bakugo actually made an attempt to lighten the mood for everyone by making him go "stupid mode"? He also basically thanked Kirishima for saving him by giving him money for the night vision goggles.

Ever since I saw Jiro's room in the manga, I've been waiting for the day I hear her sing and hopefully it will DEBUT a song for an ending theme! (And yes, like many Japanese voice actors, hers can sing as well.)

One detail I love is that if you look in the background after Invisible Girl's room, they have tied up Mineta in Sero's tape and are dragging him along (seemingly also having been made to float with Ochako's quirk)

A paragraph’s worth of big fun—Hell naw! His perversion is why ppl like him! Especially since he never tries to hide it. He likes boobs, we like boobs, he’s literally every male otaku’s balls unhinged. That combined with his deceptively effective Quirk is what makes him interesting. (Lowkey, there’s something to be said about ppl who act like they don’t get it lol 😏)

Y-yea, maybe they should take Mineta's perverseness down a few notches cause in this episode he was making some pretty creepy faces.... made me start thinking he might become a (not gonna say rapist) Sexual Criminal. This is likely the Root of some fans disliking and even Hating of his character. Roshi and Juraiya are pervs but they also have other factors to their characters such as their relationships with their Students and how Wise they are....Mineta doesn't have any such factors, his character seems to be primarily driven by his perverted personality and that to some people can be very boring and maybe even creepy/disturbing.
