Also, the filler you're skipping over are just a few of the dreams I'm pretty sure. It makes sense to skip them, but yea that's what they are I believe.

Being able to watch it in this format all at once is a blessing. Imagine having to wait through 5 months or longer of filler before it gets back to the plot. Like here for instance. Infinite Tsukuyomi just happened, then the canon takes over half a year off while you are forced to wait.

The fact the anime isn't fdubbed yet depresses me. I finished the series forever ago sub it feels like. It was understandable back then, waiting week to week, but it's been months since it finished! Good stuff from you tho

These dream episodes might be filler, but some of them are really cool from a psychoanalytical standpoint if we're to assume the dreams are each persona's ideal dream world. For example, this episode shows Yamato's loneliness and desire for a place where he belongs. That loneliness might have even been exacerbated when he was kidnapped by Kabuto and no one managed to rescue him. It also conveys a sense of jealousy towards Kakashi and perhaps even a desire for their roles to have been switched, as shown by Kakashi being the one to be kidnapped by Kabuto and Yamato becoming the leader of Team 7. I remember thinking that the implications of Yamato's dream were actually kind of dark when the episode first aired.

Last post; Curtis, when/if you come back to the Tsukuyomi dream arc, all the episodes are the fantasies of the victims. Some are kind of dull while others are pretty entertaining. I'd keep that in mind because you're on the home stretch of the manga canon run. 14 episodes to go plus the novel canon arcs that number 17 episodes.

Poor Yamato, he didn't even get to meet his gene father. That would have been cool...

as a person who likes sub more i am happy. but i understand how dub helps you.

No, we already had the filler discussion in great detail when the comments section of the videos degenerated into flame wars and shouting matches over it, which ruins my enjoyment of reading the comments. We'll be sticking with the plan we decided on back then, which is to skip filler and possibly swing back to it when Shippuden is done.

Regarding all filler episodes beyond 458...Yeah maybe they are classified as filler but it's not filler in the sense that every one of them have been so far...they are completely related to the plot and give you bigger understandment and all... it's only classified as filler because kishimoto didnt have time to create these backstories when he made the manga and that's why they were created later... i personally think you should watch them all past 458 but see what others think as well :D

The Yamato dream stuff was filler only, but it's fun to think What it implies about him. Kabuto signifies his frustration to be captured and Team 7 is his subconcius pulling him in. (Just a theory)
