Parallels like these are one of my favorite things about this series! I mean, while a lot of series’ have these kind of dynamics between good and evil, I think I like how MHA nails it better than most!

Well, that is just translation oversight. All Might literal catchphrase would be "I have come/arrived", while All For One actually said "I am here". So it's kind of an accidental pararel.

Typically, dub is much more convenient for reaction vids. I only go with sub - as in the case of One Piece - if I know it to be far superior by my tastes. :-)

Yea, I was actually just joking about that, trying to pin line theft on All For One. I believe it was actually put in to illustrate the parallels between the two.

I think the best part of the "line stealing" is that all for one wasn't even around to actually hear all might say that, so it wasn't so much stealing his line as it was them thinking in the same way. However opposite all for one and all might's ideals may be.

Speaking of stealing the hero's line, did you notice that in the flashback to when he approached handface as a kid he said "I am here"? That is all might's most famous catchphrase.
