So I have yet to see anyone mention this so I will since a lot of people around the world don't really understand the importance of the symbolism of this scene with All Might and Izuku's mother. The bow All Might is doing is called "Dogeza" and by doing this All Might is showing Izuku's mother an amount of respect and an apology that goes beyond anything we can relate to here in the United States. All Might, the symbol of Peace and the hero who saved the world at great costs to his own health, and safety, and is recognized as the number one hero through out the world is kneeling before Izuku's mom, who is just a simple house wife, with his nose actually touching the ground (which in terms of Dogeza is a sign of more and more respect the longer your nose touches the ground as you are legitimately looking at the ground and not at the person while doing this and when you finally do look up the person is literally at a higher position than you showing as stated a great amount of respect.) To add to this he didn't initially do it as Toshinori, he did it as All Might for as long as he possibly could. This kind of respect is unparalleled in the United States and in Japan people usually did this before really giving their life for the person they respected so highly. The way I see it is All Might knows his legacy will live on through Izuku, but he respects Izuku's mother for how brave she is knowing that his life will be in danger indefinitely as its the life of a hero and that he can never truly repay her for this as she had no choice in the matter (Izuku didn't hesitate at all when given the chance to get One for All, and he didn't ever mention it to his mother) so he dedicated his life to protecting and training Izuku until he is gone. I wish I could explain it more but we don't really have a similar concept here in the Western World for a sign of respect/apology that measures up to this level.

I noticed that even though midoriya's mom was willing to let izuku continue to go to UA despite recent events, she only changed her mind after he ran out on her to talk to all might. shows that theres consequences to his neglect

You now see where Bakugo get's his... everything..... (besides his hair) She has his angry eyes, his temper, his hair color they both even yell at their Dad/Husband. Also i was gonna ask you "what would happen to a person who is obsessing over a person or thing but suddenly that thing/person disappears?" but you just saw it and i forgot. (good thing too i guess since that would have been too big a hint at All Might's Retirement.)

Ah, okay, I gotcha on where we stand in season 3... As far as the after credits, this one I didn't forget, I just didn't know there was any after credit material... I will definitely watch it and get caught up... Looks like we're heading to Hunter x Hunter very soon while we await MHA episodes. :-)

While I’m on that, the manga also notes that a first child tends to take after their mother more—at least in personality—if the parents have very different Quirks. It was mentioned in a bio on Jiro’s parents. That in mind, if Mineta has parents with different Quirks, I wonder what kind of mother he has! 😏

Dammit I should’ve reminded you about the postcredits in this episode! It may not be a whole lot but I find it significant myself. How the villains’ side mirrors the heroes, how they contrast... well, the manga illustrated it more clearly, but still. Tomura Shigaraki as the “new All For One” is hype fuel! Love that “It’s Your Turn” line in that scene.

You once again missed an after credit scene. I would however STRONGLY recommend that you record your reaction to it and include it at the start of the next episode or something like that instead of watching it on your own, as it is quite important.

btw curtis this isnt the end of season 3, its a 25 ep season and there are still 13 more episodes after this, the next episode is the mid-season finale, so the sub took a week off and the dub is easing off because they were going hard to release the dub on the same day as the sub for the last 12 episodes (which is frankly very impressive). they will probably let a 2-3 episode gap form between the dub and the sub and the sub and that will go on until September where i believe the season will end. the sub is resuming this saturday with ep 14.

You mean season 3 Curtis but don't worry about it. And we finally found the one person who can put bakugo in his place that being his mom. Either bakugo was trembling of fear or of just being so pissed off at his mother. But on a more serious note Curtis what this episode is it's not of all might being like a father (which he kinda is to midoriya) to deku but a teacher. Or as I like to call this episode "The death of a hero but the birth of a teacher."

ummm, Crutis i don't think Season 3 is over yet, i believe it's continuing into another arc. As a matter of fact you just caught up to My Hero Academia this was the most recent episode so i guess you'll haft to wait for the next episode on Saturday like the rest of us unless your gonna let multiple episodes pass you by and once there's a lot of them you'll start watching it again.

I know this is not related but when you start Fullmetal Alchemist, you'll do the Brotherhood version, I hope? Also the dub in that anime is the only dub I prefer over the sub, it's stellar.
