I decided to remake the Juno model and make it much better. Juno was one of the first models I ever made, and with time and practice from working on several models, I’ve been able to improve a lot.
Tracer is my most recent model, and right after publishing it on Patreon, I thought, why not improve Juno? It’s one of the most downloaded models I’ve made, yet it still has its flaws... Honestly, I’m embarrassed by some of them! 😅
I’m learning more and more with every model I release, constantly improving, and I really wanted to give Juno the benefit of this upgrade.
What’s new compared to the old model (which will be removed):
_ New body textures: Now in 8K resolution, with smoother and more detailed diffuse maps since the old textures had too many ripples and flaws. The textures still keep the Overwatch-inspired anime style. I’ve also added specular and better gloss, as well as upgraded the gens textures. The eyes have been upscaled to 8K as well.
_ Improved clothing: Cleaner, with less deformation. I’ve also upscaled the clothing textures to 4K for maximum detail.
_ Reworked hair in CUA: Cleaner, more precise, and with better coloring. I’ve also improved her jetpack and helmet.
_ Fixed the nipples and the jaw, which stayed open due to collision issues. I also gave her teeth a little touch-up!
_ Fixed the eyes popping out of their sockets occasionally. Eyes are tricky to fix on this model, but the results are... satisfying.
This final model will eventually be made free, but for now, I want to let my Patreon members enjoy the fully upgraded Juno 😊 before it becomes available to everyone.
