Apologies if you have already been told but season 1, 13 episodes, season 2, 18 episodes, season 3, 24 +2 bonus episodes and then FOX TV cancelled the Show. Millions of fans ( I am not joking) fought for Lucifer to be saved (I am forever grateful) and then to NETFLIX (Hurray) who picked up the series so season 4, 10 episodes, season 5 was split into 5A, 8 episodes and 5B, eight episodes although it runs as one continuous story throughout all 18 episodes and finally season 6, 10 episodes. So much more to enjoy and I wouldn't worry about how many episodes or why (there were reasons) just go with the flow and enjoy the ride and it just gets better and better!
