Welcome back Bri. Yes, Sarah and Helena are not only clones, but identical twins. What a turnabout. If you watched the intro you would've seen the clues. Eggs splitting means twins. This explains the "feelings" they have for each other. And what's up with Kira? Does she have some kind of special healing ability?
