FSIMS is the FAA's tool that walks the Aviation Safety Inspector through his/her job. This is a useful tool that is hardly ever used by the DPE or the CFI in regards to knowing exactly how to do their job, and what the FAA is actually looking for when conducting checkrides and other duties.
