Test footage from something I'm playing with

A lot of people seemed to enjoy the video I did on the RA2 channel going over the Video Professor software I found in the last episode of Thrifting Time. I started going through all of my retro computer software and remembered that I had a bunch of Microsoft Home titles. They're from the 1990s and they're pretty neat. This is some test footage I shot of the Microsoft Complete Gardening CD. I wanted to check to see if the music in it triggered any copyright issues on YouTube. I also wanted to test some audio settings. Are videos taking a look at software like this something you would find interesting?

In other news I'm planning to travel out of state in 2 weeks for the first time since the beginning of 2020. I'm very excited to be able to film things outside of AZ again. The first place I'm heading to is San Diego. If any of you have any suggestions of stuff to take a look at and possibly film in between Phoenix and San Diego let me know. Thank you all for supporting the Retail Archaeology channel!

Welcome back to San Diego! If you've never been to Westfield UTC, you should definitely check it out. It's an outdoor mall /"lifestyle center" and is always packed on the weekends. We have a public transit trolley line that will soon connect to the mall and there's even a high-rise luxury condo tower that's part of it all. It's really a sight to behold and I find it interesting how the mall is the epicenter of everything there. There is also the huge empty old Nordstrom building at the far end, with no exterior work done so far, that's pretty cool to look at. I like comparing the old architectural style to the new one right across the way. Oh, and they even have a speakeasy bar in there!

I don't know if it's on the road to LA or San Diego, but I know there's two dead malls in Primm, Nevada and Laughlin, Nevada. The one in Primm is attached to a casino and has a 2000's design, it's an outlet mall, and it has really cool murals. A yt channel called Miles to Memories featured it in a video on Primm NV. The dead mall in Laughlin looks really retro and super dead and was covered by A to Z retail I believe.
