Hinata & Ino (w/jojo Stands)
Added 2018-09-24 22:11:36 +0000 UTC I had to do some research on this, since I had no idea what a stand was! (yes, sadly I am a Jojo virgin! lol, but its on the list!)
So, from what I gathered, Stands are the physical/spiritual versions of their inner selves, constructed from their determination, will power/inner strength, and aspects of their personality, given form.
I may have it wrong, but this is what I was thinking as I drew the stands of Ino and Hinata.
Hinata - While I would have loved to draw a sexy Hinata, I think it HAD to be a form of Naruto. She often refers to him as her inspiration, and her strength and determination. He is as much a part of her inner strength as her own.
I also thought that she see's him as a strong and powerful warrior, so I bulked him out to show his physical power (and to give it a more Jojo look)
Ino - I wasn't sure how to draw her, in my mind Ino is two people, one is her self centred side, that cares about her appearance, her own desires, and selfish needs. But this is almost like a mask, as underneath she holds a more lonely side, who will protect her circle of close friends, even if they are rivals. It also encompasses her compassionate side. Not to say she is mentally ill, XD just that he hides a more introverted personality with a cover of an extraverted one. So I designed her stand to be both powerful and sexy, with a blindfold with an eye to symbolise her mental powers (since she uses the mind switch jutsu) I also gave her two ponytails to symbolise her dual side.
