UGH spasms!

Honestly I spasm the most in the morning, which is the hardest part of the day to film because there is so much going on with just one caregiver. I might be able to get a GoPro or something like that so my caregiver can just wear it and show my cares up close in personal! Which I promise, will involves spasms. Compared to most people I might not spasm as much, because we do an awful lot of stretching and massage just to make it bearable for me
