I'm going to the adaptive gym to use some equipment and afterward going live on my Instagram even though I can't talk about the specifics of what happened⦠four years later and I am still forced to keep silent about it a little bit longer. I just wanted to show you all paralyzed ass is still ass . And for that, I'm forever grateful.

A part of me died that day and will never be recovered. But part of me didn't give up and lately I wonder if I ever will. Something in me keeps going, so I'm going with it.
