Because I have hardware in my neck, on my right side I experience more pain and dizziness when I try to move positions such as getting on my stomach. Usually I get massage while I am still on my back, which does not off load my back obviously so I do not get the same benefits of lying on my stomach for a massage. This time, by making sure the bed was tilted upwards, with a pillow under my stomach to support me, I actually did not experience the same headaches and lightheadedness. I stayed like this for almost an hour and we filmed it!
