Transfer for "" nighttime routine
Added 2023-05-02 16:31:36 +0000 UTCSo because I don't have full-time 24 hour care, I have to go to bed or at least transfer at 6 PM. That's because we do a lot of stretching and range of motion with my legs that is impossible to do in the chair.
I also eat dinner around seven, and sometimes go on the ventilator early if I'm having trouble breathing or if I'm trying to sing… I can't really sing on the diaphragm PACER.
This is just part one, I made it available to all my patrons but the other parts are for my scandalous folks because they are more personal.
