Obviously, with a catheter I don't have any accidents involving urine, and thankfully I don't yet have any problems with leakage, hopefully I never will. People have asked to see the bowel program on camera, which is probably not going to happen because there's no easy way to get the exact angle of my caregiver sticking their finger up my ass, in a very unromantic way.* I hope this BLATANTLY explains why I refuse to do anal… Not that I was superbly into it in my past able-bodied life…* I find it offensive when people think I wear diapers, but then again, there's nothing shameful or there should be nothing shameful about needing things like that, and I know some disabled folks who do indeed need them. That might be me someday, and don't put it past elle in her 70s posting sexy diaper pics for the love of all you weirdos.

I rarely have accidents, because I do a bowel program in the mornings. When they do happen, we clean me up right away, nobody wants to be sitting in their shit in a diaper!
