FES bikes!

This is a video from earlier in the year, me riding a bike at the Craig hospital Peak center gym . Electrodes are put on my muscle groups and electrically stimulated so that they move and push my feet against the petals.

This is a really good work out for not only my legs but also my lungs and I usually have to go back on the ventilator while I am on the bike because it takes so much air.

I want to get back into going to the peak center every week because I haven't gone in a while and I feel like to make the winter go by fast it would be good to start filling out my time with more activities like this.
