The truth is that wanting to die is an inner fight, for anyone. You can die on the inside long before your outer body deteriorates.
Check on your disabled friends. Maybe all they need to keep from downward spiral ling mentally today is just a hug or a word of affirmation… never judge someone based on the outside.
