Medical stuff: how I cough with a cough assist
Added 2022-11-10 23:00:41 +0000 UTCI know it's disgusting but it's the only way to get the mucus out of the tracheostomy. It doesn't help that I've always had a lot of allergies and mucus ever since I was a kid. I guess they also say that if a normally healthy person goes on a ventilator they get an accumulation of mucus because they have an invasive hole in their throat. Makes sense!
