I was a yogi before my injury and my joints were/are hyper mobile. It's nice that I'm so flexible because it makes range of motion easy for my caregivers, and sometimes my joints will pop when stretched a certain way. Usually when we pull on my arms my right leg goes up in the air. I wanted to get a video of that but for some reason my leg didn't want to move today like that. My advice to everyone would be to stretch a lot whether you are able bodied or disabled because if you end up getting disabled your body won't be uptight or at least less uptight.
