How we clean my p***y

I'm still very sensitive in this area, so any kind of stimulation even during washing can cause me to spasm.

Before we were able to remodel my bathroom with the help of an association called home builders in the Denver Metro area, showering and cleaning me was a much bigger or deal. When I was in facilities, they would not get me up to shower me let alone provide a commode chair in order to do the bowel program properly, so as you can imagine my hair was extremely greasy and overall I felt very unclean. It has changed my life and the quality of how I feel so much simply by being able to be transferred to the commode chair every morning and be washed down every morning. I have a specific shower days where we wash my hair and do more details like shaving etc. Or my favorite exfoliating. It's so true that when you are clean and feel Nice and smell good it affects your mental state positively. I think everybody who is unable to clean themselves needs to be advocating for themselves for this kind of care. We have been through a lot of trauma, humiliation and neglect,… We deserve a little self-care actually A LOT .
