How I drive my wheelchair

So breathless today! Some days, it's really hard for me to talk without pausing upright in my wheelchair and while I am going out and about on a walk around the neighborhood because I drive my wheelchair with my mouth using a sip and puff.

As a quadriplegic with chronic respiratory failure it can be very taxing trying to breathe, while operating heavy machinery with my mouth lol. Not pictured here is the conversation I had with several neighbors who converged at the corner of the block because the neighborhood diva, sassy the Yorky, draws a crowd. It was actually really refreshing speaking with the neighbors, who are all over 45 because I live in a retirement community with my parents. Doubtless to say, they were surprised to find out I am not brain dead. Delightful. Disabled people, for the record, are quite sexy and sarcastic… hee hee. Be patient with me while I catch a breath.
