Physical therapy
Added 2022-10-28 22:29:09 +0000 UTCIn another video of just me talking, I explain how rehab for me it's basically physical therapy and massage centered on relieving my muscle tightness and manipulating the muscles to achieve more blood flow and release toxins. Because I am a quadriplegic with the highest level spinal cord injury, I am unable to move anything below my neck voluntarily. There is a tiny amount of finger movement but it is not always strong.

All of your limbs in your digits are probably hyper spastic though… Am I right? On my right side, the paralyzed side, all of my limbs and digits are hypersensitive as well.
