Hi Amber, I think you don't know you can use the prawn's drill as a weapon. No need to get out to stab meanie fishes, just drill'em! Hehehe First time here on Patreon but loved the video as always π Btw, I'm only 30 minutes into the video so maybe you learn that later. I do agree with you that once you get into the thermal plant, everything moves pretty fast from there. There was quite a bit before all this so it was exciting to play and watch you as well.

You cured the infection and saved the world! :D You are very close to the end of the game, though there's still more to explore if you feel like continuing to find lore about the world. One thing I will mention to save you possible frustration: Check the basement level of the alien thermal plant at the 1200m level you were exploring in the previous episode. There's something there you need to win the game.

I think the mum just dies because she's old; remember one of the pda entries says the amount of internal and external scarring suggests she was past the prime age for the species? I think she was just holding on to try to free her babies :'( Also I think somewhere in the pda data, it suggests that the reason the precursor race needed the babies to hatch is because they produce concentrated enzyme 42, whereas the mum couldn't because she was too old.

You probably figured it out by now, but you missed an important data download in the Alien Power Generator Facility, with the Peeper piping. Located in the Lava Castle, (Big mountain with alien facility inside). Once the hatchlings were released, the mother's life cycle was complete, hence her departure. For more sadness, head back to see her. π₯ You're the first person I've ever seen sacrifice having the seaglide at all times for quick and singular exploration in order to conserve inventory space. The rest of us saw it's inventory capacity as just a hindrance to deal with. I was nervous you'd get into trouble without it in the Alien Containment Facility, but you were fine, managed your air well. Speaking of which, I don't think it's really a glitch that your air, food and water didn't go down for a while. It seems to be a side benefit of discovering the Mother Sea Emperor Leviathan. It happened in my game as well, for a duration after meeting her, then went back to normal after a time. You are definitely free to explore everywhere now! Warpers, being the planet's Quarantine Police, leave you alone now! (Beware, predator leviathans are still just that!) Items I suggest gathering from the deep before back to the surface to make the rocket: - Polyaniline (a few bottles, or deepshrooms to grow back home) - Blood Oil (or a few to plant back home) - Crystalline Sulfur (more can be easily found in green river area, under the river surface) - Nickel (lots in Ghost Tree and surrounding area) - Ion Cubes, Gold and Silver (full storage of each, more silver in green river area) - Rubies, Diamonds (lots in lava areas) - Gel Sacks (For aerogel. Grab seeds to grow at home) - Lots & lots of Titanium & Lithium (Easy to harvest around Ghost Tree area) Have fun, this game can last as long as you like, but the Story's end is near!

In almost no time do you hit 1700 and then the game becomes your own playground. But having seen you try and piece together the story of who and what and how, has been great fun and now seeing it all click was lovely.

Many people spend hours exploring the lava zones before they find the power plant, then some more before they find the entrance to the deeper area. Definitely do release the cuddlefish. Also, try playing with the warpers now. Hatch all the eggsβ¦ (mind there's a limit of eggs per habitat, although you can stack them vertically to merge them into one fish tower) I hope you're doing Below Zero after Zelda πΈ
