A couple of you have said you cant see or access any posts! I have contacted Patreon for support but looking online, I saw someone say they often get this bug and their Patrons have to contact Patreon support directly themselves :( That's incredibly annoying, I haven't had this issue before and when they answer me I will try to find out what's going on but in the meantime if you have this issue please contact Patreon support directly!

Things to check in the meantime - it was just the 1st of the month! Check your bank to see if the subscription renewed okay. Double check that you're subscribed to a Tier!
And I apologise for the issue and inconvenience of potentially having no access to content until someone answers at Patreon.

I have noticed Pateron just put up a new layout, and the new layout has lots of changes, including creator shops and commerce upgrades. My guess would be all those changes are causing problems behind the scenes and making things fail for some people. It looks like they will now have an option for people to buy access to individual posts should they wish, and I can see enabling stuff like that breaking a lot of things that already work

2023-10-04 12:07:31 +0000 UTCOh yeah, this might be that stupid thing that's been happening to some people for some subscriptions seemingly randomly on the start of the last 3 months. They changed something about their payment processing, and as a result sometimes they get declined. It happened to me for the first time last month, for just a couple of my subscriptions, including yours, and trying to reprocess it failed immediately. Thankfully, after about 4 days, they resolved it on their own without me following up. They must have tried to reprocess some on their own. Your luck may vary. I didn't even realise at first because I got a receipt at the same time as the message about the processing failure, and thought it just went through right after. But, no, just a couple failed, seemingly randomly (all same payment method through PayPal.) Protip to patrons, make sure all your expected memberships are there as expected under "active memberships" in the app or Settings> Memberships on the website, with no messages about payment failures.
