Zaxer has the capability to grow his Power Level immensely like Frieza, but instead of conquering planets and destroying worlds, Zaxer finds himself curious about the "Saiyans" he's heard Frieza talk about. One day he decideds to head to where the Saiyans are living and instead of destroying them, he wants to form an alliance with them to help fight against the threats that lie ahead.
