Mental Sunset - Hypnosis

There's two things i want very much to do is for my mind to be quiet for long than ten minutes, and every day. Hypnosis is one of the best things that has happened to me, and you can't get enough of a good thing, the mind permitting that is. :) I've been listening long enough to know when I'm going to find trance difficult and today is going to be one of them. I have bad nights and even badder nights where i wake up every twenty minutes or so and I've been awake mostly since 4.10am. So i listen to this, and normally with any file that has imagery my imagination is fairly good. But everything seemed dark in my mind. I had to rely entirely on Sir's description. Maybe because the weather is very gloomy here and has been for days. It's an odd thing my body felt heavy and still but my mind wasn't still, subdued but not quiet enough. A little elusive at times. However, because it made my body still i thought i would listen to this late at night before a sleep file, i want to listen to Blanket, my mind and body fidgets all night despite having a weighted blanket but i have an even heavier one to try for that file. If i have the strength lift it that is :) It's not unusual for me when i have listened to certain erotic files that it takes a while for my body to recover. But it's my mind that won't give me a break and shut the hell up! But believe it or not it's better than it was before i listened to hypnosis, but I've had this problem since a young age, longer than Sir has been doing hypnosis. So yeah, wanting to feel blank, mindless, nothingness for longer or every day means more to me than i can put into words. I do like the concept of this file, and it was nice that it made my body still, thoughts a little more subdued than usual in the evening. The file though is a lovely gentle idea :) Thank you Sir❤️
